Return Policy

At Jupiter Satcom we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your electronic equipment, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise specified.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Products that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of misuse may be denied a refund or charged an additional fee.
  • Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

2. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee will apply to all returned electronic equipment.
  • The fee varies depending on the product and the manufacturer's policies.
  • Restocking fees typically range between 20%–35% of the product's purchase price.
  • The exact fee will be disclosed to you once the return request is reviewed and approved.
  • This fee covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and manufacturer return processing.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or activated:

  • Software and licensing
  • Consumable components (such as batteries, cables, or accessories not in their sealed packaging)
  • Products damaged by improper installation, electrical issues, or unsupported modifications

4. Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To request an RMA, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.
  • Restocking fees and any applicable deductions will be subtracted from the refund amount.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will repair, replace, or provide a refund depending on the manufacturer's warranty and product condition.
  • Defects caused by misuse, improper installation, or external damage are not covered.

8. Manufacturer Warranties

Many electronic products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. We will help you coordinate warranty service when applicable.
